Jikishin Kage Ryu is a Shinkage Ryu based style with heavy emphasis on "Kokyu" or proper coordination of breathing and movement. The Jikishin Kage Ryu Bokken is the second heaviest among our stylized bokkens ( the heaviest being the Tennen Rishin Ryu Bokken ).It has fat blade and tsuka (handle) suitable for developing proper tenouchi ( grip ). Recommended for strengthening suburi.
