Please be aware that our Bokken are all handmade from natural Japanese wood species. Due to their natural characteristics, some of these woods may have some small knots, tiny visual irregularities or may be susceptible to minor warping when carved into a Bokken.
To combat this, our craftsmen only use the very best planks they can obtain. However, it is impossible to guarantee that every single Bokken will be produced without some small imperfections, as mentioned above.
