This model is designed after the famous long sword used by Sasaki Kojiro known as the Musashi's last opponent. Although defeated by Musashi, his skill was highly respected and his technique "Tsubame-gaeshi" using his extra long sword became one of the most well known Kenjutsu technique. Our Sasaki Kojiro Bokken features extra long blade, 127cm(approx 50") overall and weighs 930grams ( approx 33oz). Japanese white oak, urethane coated. Variety of wood selection and finish available upon request.
