FAQ -Q. OK, Let me get this straight, all I need to do is place an order - which I was going to do anyway and I automatically get the chance of winning a free trip to Japan?
A. YES! There is no minimum order, you don't need to 'opt' in or out, simply place your order and your order number will be automatically entered into the draw.
Q. So what if I place two orders?
A. You are entered into the draw for each shipment that is sent to you. That means if you place two orders, provided they are shipped separately, you will be entered twice. Should you place two orders, and request for them to be shipped together, you will be entered to the draw only once.
Q. When is the trip?
A. After the draw is done, we will contact the winner with the possible dates they can visit with the aim of arranging it at a mutually convenient time.
Q. If I win, what is included exactly?
A. Tozando will cover the cost of a return flight to and from Kansai International Airport (Japan) from the winner's country of residence. Also, on the mutually arranged date to visit Tozando, we will arrange for your transport from your accommodation (provided it is within Kyoto City), to the Tozando Headquarters.
Q. So what is NOT included?
A. The cost of will not be covered, however, we are able to help arrange accommodation at a variety of places, in convenient locations and at a variety of prices.
